AI makes it ridiculously fast to build things.  But, what if, now with AI, you just built the 𝑤𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑔 thing… faster? 🤔
Vibe-coding tools hand you that instant dopamine: “It runs!” ✅

But here’s the uncomfortable question:

What if you just built the wrong thing… faster?

What if your idea would have been twice as good if you’d spent one hour talking to real humans first? Domain experts. Users. The people who will actually live with the outcome.

Most workshop methods under the sun have the same hidden agenda:
Stay in the problem long enough to understand it.

A carpenter measures twice and cuts once.
A doctor diagnoses before prescribing.
But in the world of “vibe”… we often build before we think. And strategy is becoming a bit of a lost art in 2026.

If it’s a hobby project, fine. Ship, learn, laugh, repeat. 🎈
But if it’s a business-critical product inside a company, a headless sprint without user insight can get… expensive. Not just in money, but in trust, adoption, and momentum.

And honestly: talking to real people is underrated fun.
Most people like being asked for their expertise. It’s validating, energising, and it often turns into a surprisingly good conversation. Plus, you walk away with something no tool can generate for you: context. Nuance. Sharp edges. The “oh wow, I didn’t think of that” moments.
