GoalEnvision

Creating a new generation of strategy software through measurable, team-based goals

When the first version of the GoalEnvision platform reached its limits, the company invited Whiteport to take the lead in reimagining both the product and its user experience. Over the course of two and a half years, Whiteport guided the project from concept to launch.

About the project

GoalEnvision is a digital platform for strategic management built on five interconnected success criteria to form a logical chain, making the strategy both actionable and measurable:

  • Marketing — Assessing the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Sales — Evaluating sales performance and processes.

  • Operations — Analyzing operational efficiency and workflows.

  • People — Measuring employee engagement, skills, and organizational culture.

  • Finance — Monitoring financial health and resource allocation.

The main innovation in the new version of the app was introducing relative goal measurement, allowing goals to be tracked in percentages instead of static values — making it possible to compare and scale success across all parts of an organization.

The app also introduced a new co-creation approach to goal setting, making it easy to engage teams and increase ownership of strategic objectives.

What we did:

  • Product management

  • Conceptual development & UX design

  • Visual identity & custom illustrations mannor

  • Interface & visual design

  • Technical architecture & development

Results

After 2.5 years of intensive development, the new GoalEnvision platform was successfully launched — offering a more dynamic, engaging and scalable way for organizations to work with strategy and performance management.

What our client say

  • Charlotte Sehlse

    Founder

Whiteport and Mårten Angner took on the role of Product Manager and UX Designer, guiding us through the entire process of creating a completely new version of our service. Throughout the journey, many of the visions we had for our first version were finally realized. When Mårten handed over at the launch, we had a product we were truly proud of!
